Hello Friends,

Information and minor updates.

As everyone has heard we are finishing up our beta testing and getting ready for launch.

We are excited as much as you are to be this closes to release. With the end of this beta testing we are confident that all systems and features will be working as intended on live release.

As we have not publicly set a date on release we do have an internal date (It's sooner than you might think). We will release this date 1 Week before the live system is released. Also 2 days before live release You will be receiving an email pertaining your prize info from the beta event and how to obtain it.

We have decided to wipe all donation tags from the past servers. If you donated to our past games we are working on a way to show your past support. In game updates will be posted as soon as the post has been completed by Scar.


Donation System

Our new donation system is underway and we hope that it is ready on release date.

If you have donated to our past games, such as Inferno ROSE, you know the donation system was rather bad (items received and how long it took to receive the item).

We are pleased to announce the the new donation system will be all automated. This system will work like most MMO's. You will donate for Skie Points and points are added instantly upon completion of the donation. Any purchase can be retrieved through the item mall and appear in the item mall storage in-game.

As for what kind of items will be in the donation system? Our item mall will host a decent amount of items such as:

Double Exp Scrolls: 1 hour, 5 hour, 1 day, 3 day, 7 day.

Double Drop Scrolls: 1 hour, 5 hour, 1 day, 3 day, 7 day.

No Exp Gain Scrolls: 1 hour, 5 hour, 1 day, 3 day, 7 day.

No death penalty Scrolls: 1 hour, 5 hour, 1 day, 3 day, 7 day.

A wide selection of Costumes and much more.

As you can see there will not be any over powered items to obtain out of the donation system.

Only items that help style looks or to help you move along on your adventure in Seven Skies.

We hope you enjoy this new system and understand it is this way to drive balance and fair game-play.


Founding Support Announcement

We have decided to add a founding member system on Seven Skies Online.

This will run until 2 days before release and after that will be closed forever.

If you would like to become a founding supporter, here is how and what rewards are received.

Any donation of $10.00 or more:

- Founding member title on the forums, 1100 Skie Points, access to a private section for founding members only, and test server access for testing new features.

$25.00:

- Founding member title on the forums, 2600 Skie Points, 1 box of event scrolls.

$50.00:

- Founding member title on the forums, 5100 Skie Points, 1 box of event scrolls

$75.00:

- Founding member title on the forums, 7600 Skie Points, 2 box of event scrolls, early account & char creation (You will not be able to play the game, only create your account and chars; Reserve your names).

+ $100.00:

- Founding member title on the forums, 10100 Skie Points + 100 per dollar over 100.00 Usd, 2 box of event Scrolls. Early account & char creation (You will not be able to play the game only, create your account and chars; Reserve your names).

Note: Skie points do not stack. Example: If I donate $100, I will only get 10100 points. Any donation amount greater then $10 include, $10's rewards.

New VOIP Mumble (All Vent users Please read)

We have decided to move to a new V.O.I.P (Voice Over IP) (basically Ventrilo)

Our Vent server will remain online for the remainder of the month. After this time we will be canceling it.

We would like to invite everyone to our new Chat system Mumble, I would like to answer some questions before they are asked.

Q: Why Change from Vent to Mumble?
A: Well the main reason is we are adding it to Seven Skies Online (Full user control)

Q: How is the control of Mumble?
A: We have found more end user ability to make it work and look how you want. (More User control)

Q: How is the Quality compared to Vent?
A: We have found the quality to be superior to Ventrilo

Q: Latency How is that on Mumble?
A: With Mumble latency is far lower than Ventrilo (Far less Lagged and less of a resource usage)
